Recovery Community Organization Capacity Building
Appreciative Inquiry-Based Organizational Assessment and Capacity Building
RCNC helps GROW North Carolina’s Recovery Community Organizations by providing:
- Technical Assistance
- Appreciative Inquiry-Based Organizational Assessment and Capacity Building
- Strategic Planning
- Visioning and Listening Sessions
RCNC is looking forward to increasing our level of support by adding additional RCCs to our cadre in the years to come. Dr. Rita Anita Linger, Executive Director of RCNC states “The more we are able to effectively support Recovery Community Centers on a statewide level, the more those seeking or who are in recovery will be able to thrive, experience a higher quality of life and sustain their recovery. Life in recovery can be transformative and incredibly fulfilling.
That is what we want for all people who enter the doors of a North Carolina Recovery Community Center for help and that is why we work so hard to make sure our RCCs are getting the support they need.” Funding is made possible through the North Carolina Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities and Substance Abuse.
