“I just want to help.”
“Giving back” is a time honored tradition within the Recovery Community. Individuals, families, and allies who have dealt with addiction issues achieve a deeper commitment to their own recovery while helping to meet the needs of others.
A Recovery Community Center (RCC) is a place free from stigma that offers peer recovery support to the Recovery Community, regardless of pathway. Types of support fall within four categories: emotional, informational, instrumental, and affiliational. That means we have space to provide everything from Recovery Coaching & peer support groups to job readiness training & professional education to help accessing social services & transportation to ping pong tournaments & cookouts. These recovery supports are community driven and community run. We can’t do this without you.
Please complete the following application form and our volunteer coordinator will contact you with next steps. Thank you again for your willingness to serve. Volunteers are at the heart of every Recovery Community Center.
Online volunteer form coming very, very, very soon.
